Application areas

Adsorption of pollutants: The main function of the wastewater treatment grade wood activated carbon column is to adsorb organic pollutants, heavy metals and other harmful substances in wastewater through its large surface area and high porosity. Removal of odours and colours: activated carbon columns also have a good effect on the removal of odorous substances and colours in wastewater. They can adsorb and immobilise these substances, thus improving the odour and appearance of the wastewater and the reuse value of the wastewater.
